"“ Watford Football Club has enjoyed a long association with the training department from Hertfordshire Fire & Rescue Service. The training department has supported the club in delivering fire awareness courses to event safety staff that work at the stadium on match days, and to full time staff that work at the club. The training provided has always been well received and because it is interactive coupled with the excellent knowledge of the trainer makes it extremely enjoyable.”

""Since 2009 the Transport Access and Safety Unit at Hertfordshire County Council have continued to use the services of the highly skilled and talented team of trainers at the Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service Commercial Training Centre to deliver the nationally recognised Passenger Assistant Training Scheme (PATS) modules to Passenger Assistants working on our Special Educational Needs and mainstream home to school transport contracts.

The modules are delivered in a professional manner, often with a bit of added value for free including tips on personal safety and fire safety. In fact, the feedback from our transport providers say the training has been an eye opener and a hugely positive and enjoyable experience for all who attended!"
